Hello and thank you for your question.
In most laboratories (there is some variability from lab to lab) normal AST is less than 40 and normal ALT is less than 50. Your numbers are a bit elevated but no extremely so. We consider it to be a severe problem when the numbers are 5-10 time normal which yours are certainly not. In some cases with mild elevations the numbers can go back to normal if you and your doctor can figure out the cause and treat it. For example if it is from alcohol use and you stop then the numbers often will return to normal.
Similarly if it is from fatty liver and that is treated it often returns to normal.
If the elevations are from something more serious like hepatitis B or C then that is a more serious problem and you would need specialized treatment for those infections.
The main thing is to find the cause and then treat it if possible.
