Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic,
Blue veins popping out over legs could be varicose veins, but they popping out from all over the body is rather unusual. You have a feature to upload the images by yourself at the right side of the query page, please utilize that so that I can answer your query better. You can also send the image as attachment to YYYY@YYYY , with the subject as 'Attn: Dr. Johny Chacko'.

I have attached 5 pictures one of my private parts where it started, foot , ankle wrist and hand. Everyday something else comes out. My hands are numb from them just as my feet follow s suit. It is now hard to walk on my left foot because it feels tight due the bulge. I have the same problem with my penis . My lower right abdomen is in pain and chest feels tight very often. If you believe it to be varicose how do I make them stop or what could I do to feel better

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome back,
Saw the pictures. I feel what you are having might be inflammation of superficial veins called superficial thrombophlebitis. It could be triggered by minor blunt traumas. But it could also be due to collagen vascular diseases, conditions where blood viscosity is more, malignancies, Protein C deficiency etc. I feel that you should consult a general physician for this and look for internal causes.
Thrombophlebitis is usually treated symptomatically with pain killers, ice packs, heparin sodium gel etc. Usually after few days they become cord like and normal circulation starts and recover.
Hope this helped,
Take care.
