What Do Broken Blisters Inside Penis Foreskin Indicate?
I noticed a number of small (around 1mm), easily broken blisters on the inside of my foreskin. I've noticed reddish bumps before, but not blisters that break. Neither the bumps or blisters occur with increased sensitivity, and both can recede within an hour or last a couple days. I usually shower and wash thoroughly everyday.
I had unprotected sex a couple weeks ago, but occurrence of the bumps preceded that (I'm not 100% sure about the blisters).
It would seem prudent to be screened for SDIs. Can you tell me 1 - If the lack of increased sensitivity rules out herpes as the cause. 2 - What others causes might be likely. 3 - If there are any other SDIs besides herpes you'd recommend I be screened for in regards to this.
Thank you for your help!
To diff various STD I want to ask you some que?

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
I am going to cover your answer which was asked by you in the first part of the question.
1. As the ulcers are painless I think it is not a herpes infection. As herpes are severly painful disease.
2. From other symptoms that you have mentioned that is the ulcers are not painful. Lymph nodes are not swollen, painful, or ulcerated. I suspect Granuloma inguinale in your case because the brief clinical feature of it which matches with your features are as follows.
-The brief clinical presentation is which we have observed among such a patient of granuloma inguinale is persistent, painless ulcers may be necrotic, there is no lymphadenopathy & granuloma may be present over the base of the ulcer. This features are matching with your query. But I suggest you should go for visual examination near STD clinic to you. Because in such a case visual examination will clear more about diagnosis.
3. Rest of the other STDs I had already mentioned in your answer. But none of the others matching with your features.
If possible you can upload images.
If you have anything else to ask me I will be happy to answer you. We wish you very best health at healthcare magic.
