Brief Answer:
Possibility of mole, upload the image for more inf

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

I am afraid the image of the scrotal lesion is not attached. You can attempt to attach the file again.
On the basis of your description, the brown colored flat lesion can be a mole.
Wart is a raised lesion with an irregular surface.
However, kindly upload the image again so that more information can be given.

Thanks

Brief Answer:
Lesion appears to be mole, close monitoring needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,

The lesion is pigmented macule (macule is a flat lesion).
The lesion appears to be a benign mole.
No treatment is required at this point.
However, close monitoring of the lesion is required.
In case the size of the lesion increases, or there is change in color of the lesion, or there is itching or any other sensation on the lesion; you need to consult a dermatologist without delay.

Pigmented lesion are a variety of lesion that range from benign harmless lesions to potentially dangerous malignant melanoma.
Benign lesions can transform into malignant ones and thus close follow up is required.

Take a look at the photos I just added. Does your opinion stay the same?

Again, it does not appear raised or above the skin as a "growth" or what a wart would appear like. Its very smooth and appears not to have an irregular surface.

I'm just concerned it's a wart...
