Bubbles in urine can form as a result of pressure created while urination so that is normal.
However bubbles can be seen in pathological condition also like Proteinuria.
Proteinuria can be due to numerous reasons like Diabetes, Urinary tract infection, Nephritic syndrome and many others.
So if you have a doubt you can go ahead for a urine routine and microscopy done that would clear the picture.
