What Do Bumps On The Penis After Oral Sex Indicate?

Question: Hello, I am concerned about a possible STD. I have these 3 bumps on the base of my penis shaft. I haven't had sex in about 8 months but i received oral twice but not for about 6 months. Each time I have had sex I used protection. These bumps do not itch and are not painful. They appeared about 4 days after shaving, but I have had them for about a month now and they haven't changed.

Your history and the appearance of the lesion looks like genital warts caused by human papilloma virus (HPV). Long incubation period, without any pain or itching, it would most likely be genital warts.

That is unfortunate that you think it is genital warts. How likely is it that i will get rid of genital warts entirely? I would hate that it will effect my future with women

Do i need to go see a dermatologist or can i self treat it with a product from a local store. Since you are sure that it looks like genital warts. Could it cause something else if i dont seek medical help

First of all, diagnosing a condition through online picture alone, always would not be 100%correct. Direct inspection is necessary and has to be ruled out other possibilities of STD, Diabetes before treatment.
Warts can not be treated successfully with the over-counter products and has to done only under medical supervision. So you have to consult a Dermatovenereologist.
