There is no pain, I noticed the spots 5 days ago. I have not used any medications on the spots.

You surely seem to be developing bleeding spots or purpura.
Now sudden development of such lesions over any area of the body surely needs to be investigated by doing a complete blood count.
Sp I would advise you to see your nearby doctor and get a complete hemogram done.
