Question : I have a dark vaginal discharge with a little burning. I am premenopausal. my ovaries were removed due to enlarged with benign masses. What should I do? What could it be?

I think you might be having atrophic vaginitis.
Due to perimenopause, it is a condition where the vaginal tissues are dry and brittle, and bleed easily , and burn too.
Please consult a gynecologist and get the diagnosis confirmed.
