What Do Discolored Patches On The Penis Head Indicate?

Question: Ive been having these discolored patches show up on the head of my penis that are a bruise like color and vary in size. They tend to show up more after sex or masterbation. They do not itch or burn and this has been ongoing for a few weeks now. I have been diagnosed with HPV but im nervous this not it. Please help.

It is looking like friction dermatitis.
I treat such patients with a mild steroid cream like cortisone.
This gives excellent response.

Can HIV cause spots like this? I also have small red dots on the shaft of my penis. I have bad OCD so i always think the worst. I just want to rule out any other STDs
