What Do Fever And Headache After A Head Injury Indicate?
Question: My cousin fell on a hard tile floor and XXXXXXX her head. The next day she had a bad head ache and a low grade fever and three small veins protruding by her temple. This happened three days ago. She still feels very fatigued and has pain on her right temple where the veins are bulging. Could she be bleeding?

Superficial bleeding in the scalp is common due to trauma which leads to swelling, skin discoloration and prominent veins.
The symptoms should improve in a week.
Take pain killers with serratiopeptidase like zerodol sp twice daily for a week with prescription from a doctor.
The requirement of CT scan head depends upon above-mentioned symptoms.
