Brief Answer:
You can precise this to make sure....

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The report would integrate all these components mostly in a summarized version if not specified in the request. However, if you want the full reports and want them detailed, you may precise to the doctor that you want a complete report including all laboratory investigations and interpretations. This way, nothing would be missed.

Keep me posted on how this turns out. I wish you well.

Hi,

They should be included and cannot be voluntarily excluded. Even if you were to request that it shouldn't be included, that might be much impossible.

Thanks.

I Believe I am understanding, these diagnostic records such as any test or imaging scan reports such as CAT Scan reports should automatically be included when a request is made for a Cancer patients records. Can you tell me what makes this so in the United Sates? Would it be HIPAAA or the patients rights laws passed in 1996? If you are unfamiliar with these, could you point me in the right direction as to where I might look to find what governs these things. I apologize if I am being burdensome.
