What Do High BP Readings Despite Taking Ziac And Lisinopril Indicate?

Question: My wife takes ziac 10-6.25mg in the morning and lisinopril 20mg in the afternoon but her blood pressure is still 140-150 over 90. Should she take them together? Should she switch and atke ziac later and lisinopril earlier?
