Brief Answer:
Needs proper evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear

After reading the medical details provided by you I understand your concern for your health and I would like to tell you that one of the most important reasons of having these kind of symptoms in your age group is from stress or anxiety only. So you need to re evaluate yourself that if there is any stress factor that is bothering you.

Even then if you are sure that it's not stress then few test needs to be done

1. Complete Blood Count
2. ECG
3. Echocardiography
4. Thyroid function test

These test will help in finding out the underlying cause. Consult with your doctor and discus this.

I hope this information will be helpful and will guide you properly.
