What Do Itchy Blisters Below The Knee Indicate Despite Applying Antibiotic Cream?
Question: I have developed a four inch red patch on my right shin below the knee. More recently, in last two weeks, blisters have developed followed by blisters and peeling of skin. I am applying antibiotic cream. One spot healed bu then blisters appeared in other parts in the same local area, and it itches.

I have reviewed the attached photograph and it looks like an eczematous rash.
I would recommend you to apply a steroid antibiotic combination like neosporin ointment and cortisone cream on the affected area twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
Do you have history of diabetes or any other ailments?
Are you taking any oral medicines?
Do you have history of eczema?
