What Do Late Menstrual Bleeding And Negative Pregnancy Results Indicate?

Question: Hello,
My last menstrual cycle was August 8th.
On August 10th I moved overseas but this is not my first roller coaster as I have moved around quite a bit and never had any issues with my cycle. I am very normal and usually start a day earlier each month so I expected a menses on September 7th.
Weeks went by and I took a ton of tests. It all were negative. Blood test confirmed negative on September 26th.
On September 30th after intercourse I noticed a dark brown blood and spotted. The next day I had no spotting but when I wiped it was watered down and a very light light pink.
On day 3, nothing at all. Normally my cycle is 5-7 days with cramping so I am confident this was different.
On October 5th I had intercourse with my husband and afterwards had some light bleeding when I wiped. Woke up the next morning and had nothing at all.
I went and got an abdominal u/s and he said there was no fetus.
Then he tested my hormones and everything came back normal but he made a comment about possibly missing an early pregnancy.
He prescribed me duphaston and I am on day 8 with no signs of anything.
Is it possible to be pregnant? Can you ovulate late and be pregnant? I'm confused!

Brief Answer:
Pregnancy is not possible
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I understand your concerns.
Following is my reply:
1) Dark brown spotting you experienced on September 30 is your periods.
2) It is normal for cycles to get delayed with less flow as you have described. Nothing to worry about it.
3) If you were pregnant it could have been seen on ultrasound scan by now. This is not the pregnancy.
4) If your multiple home pregnancy test have showed negative pregnancy this means you are not pregnant.
5) It is normal to have delayed and light periods if you are travelling, have stress or tension, weight gain etc..
Let me know if you need anymore help.
Regards
