Brief Answer:
They are fibroadenoma's
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for posting in health care magic.
Swellings in the breast which are freely XXXXXXX are fibroadenomas.
Some fibroadenomas will reduce in size after intake of Capsules containing Evening primrose oil.
Please consult a Surgeon .Get Mammography and FNAC (Fine Needle aspiration Cytology ) of the swellings for exact diagnosis. You can also get an Ultrasound of the axilla for any enlarged lymph nodes. If they are enlarged, you can get FNAC of the lymph nodes also.
They look like benign.
Nothing to worry.
If you come back with reports, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards

Remember doctor-the swelling in the breast does not feel freely XXXXXXX any more and they do feel much bigger maybe an inch or bigger. It's located on the inner part of the breast towards the center of the chest. ??
Brief Answer:
You should be investigated
Detailed Answer:
Hi
The swellings might have grown in size and got attached to surrounding breast tissue.
Cancer of the breast usually do not present as multiple swellings.
Whether a swelling is hard or soft, single or multiple; the Protocol is same.
You have to be examined clinically, get investigations like Mammography, FNAC etc.
If you come back with above reports, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
