Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
Silymarin-liveril(forte),a polyphenolic flavonoid, with hepatoprotective(antihepatotoxic)& antioxidant effect does not cause dizziness .
Ursocol 30 also does not cause dizziness.
Uprise-d3 once in week also does not give rise to dizziness.
Your symptoms is partly due to controlled diet and work-out. It may be partly due to withdrawal. Take plenty of fluids and ease on dieting & work-out.Withdrawal effect,if any will pass off eventually.

Hi,
Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
I have gone through your blood report.
You are having Vit. D deficiency. You have to take Vit. D supplement 60,000 units once a week for 08 weeks, then 1000 Units daily .
Your Triglycerides (TG) and LDL levels are also high. For high TG (goal <150 mg/dl) the drug of choice is fenofibrate(160 mg daily orally-standard dose) and for high LDL(goal<100 mg/dl)-the drug of choice is Atorvastatin (10 mg daily orally-standard dose) for at least 03 months and then repeat serum lipid profile.
Loose stool after treatment can go dark, because you tend to get constipated with drug therapy. However black tarry stool is abnormal.
High SGPT & SGOT can be due to chronic liver disease e.g Cirrhosis of liver which may be associated with esophageal varices-which can bled and cause dark tarry stool called melena. I don't think this could be in your case.
Elevated SGPT & SGOT levels return to normal only when the underlying liver pathology regresses; it cannot be said precisely how many days it will take it to return to normal levels.
You need to continue rest of medications which are prescribed by your doctor. These are good medications.

Sir thank for your advice, I am getting new symptoms, always hunger, I eating like frequently every two hours Still giddiness and light fever?
Brief Answer:
Hunger would be natural due to dieting and physical exercises.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
You are dieting as well as doing physical exercise; hunger would be but natural.
If any systemic disease is causing fever, it is more likely to reduce your appetite.
Increased and proportionate appetite is otherwise sign of good health.
