I notice extreme fatigue and dizziness occassionally. But all my other tests ie MRI & blood come back normal except I am slightly insulin resistant w normal blood sugar and temporarilyanemic due to adenomyosis.

1. Do you experience frequent headaches along with fatigue?

2. Is your sleeping pattern ok or disturbed??

3. Any recent changes in mood or irritability?

4. Any history of forgetfulness??

5. What other medications are you taking?

6. Any history of oral ulcers/hair fall/dry eyes/dry mouth
