Brief Answer:
Possible Hyperlipidemia with Vit D deficiency.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I understand your concern.

I have gone through your uploaded images.

You possibly seem to have following abnormalities.

1.Hyperlipidemia/dyslipidemia.

2.Vitamin D deficiency.

3.Mild Glucose intolerance.

This needs further evaluation through Liver scan to possibly rule in /out Fatty liver disease.

You require Vit D replacement therapy.

Likewise strict dietary and lifestyle modification.

Regular physical exercise for 20min./day a must.

Weight reduction a must.

Avoid smoking and alcoholic consumption if any.

Vitamin D deficiency has to be corrected in the followed protocol.
50,000 IU of vitamin D 2 or D 3 once weekly for 8 weeks
or
6000 IU/day of vitamin D 2 or D 3 for 8 weeks.

When the serum 25(OH)D level exceeds 30 ng/mL, provide maintenance treatment of 1500-2000 IU/day. should be offered for at least 6 months.

Pertaining to hyperlipidemia-Drugs like Statins can be helpful in low doses.

Please check with your doctor if he shares my view and if can apply these recommendations to you.

I would be glad if you can provide me with your current weight and height in your follow up query. This will help me to assess your BMI-body mass index.

Regular intake of oats and fruits like pomegranate will help to reduce the Glucose intolerance.

Avoid fried and fatty foods.

Repeat above tests after 6 months.

I also advise you get an ECG and a 2D echo of the heart as screening tests, which are important in presence of hyperlipidemia.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
