What Do My Lab Test Reports Indicate?

Question: I have a dull feeling under my right rib..
I have had blood tests - uploaded
I have has a chets x ray and two ultra sounds.
A sticj feeling used to be on the left side and since taking pro biotic it has stopped (after one year).
I now have a dull feeling under my right rib... i have had a scan only 7 weeks ago, i have fatty liver and pancreas and two gallbladder polyins less than 3mm 9these have been there for almost 3yrs with no change in size)
Other that the fatty liver and pancreas the ultrasound findings were satisfactory...
The pain is not bad it is more the fact that I am aware that is is there- When i strech it out the feeling stops for about one hour then is back again.
Since I have had blood tests, chest x-ray and an ultrasound recenlty and all were ok what may this dull ache be?
It has been there for two weeks now- i have not needed to take any pain killers for if but it is just an annoying feeling..
I am over weight and mildly raised liver counts

Brief Answer:
Your pain is mostly due to obesity.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your situation and problem.
I have gone through the reports you have attached.
There is no as such major abnormality in your reports.
But obese patients tend to have subclinical fat accumulation in the liver.
This causes mild hepatomegaly (fatty liver).
This stretches liver capsule and cause pain.
So best treatment is weight reduction. By weight reduction, fatty liver is reversible and stretching of capsule can be prevented.
So consult dietician and physiotherapist for weight management.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
