Brief Answer:
Dyspepsia.

Detailed Answer:
Hello My Dear patient XXXXXXX
Hope thia answer finds you in good mood.
Firstly i am thankful that you choose this forum
for asking your query.
I have gone through all three attachments and your narration in details.
Firstly your reports are absolutely normal from clinical point of view.
See all these enzymes are produced in liver cells and a small part of it keep diffusing into blood however mild increase or decrease can be due to medication any physical ilness stress strain food etc.So for any significance these enzymes should be raised at least 3 times the upper normal value.
Secondly bilrubin levels less then 3 mg/dl too have no significance for a doctor.

Now lets move to mild hepatomegaly. As a person gets old and have kids our liver cell also start getting old therefore some amount of fat is deposited in it hence causing mild increment in size.

A better way to expain is a 20 year old girl is slim but the same girl once married have kids etc becomes mildly obese or gain wait(This is normal aeging phenomenon).

Indigestion and an upset stomach are common problems that can cause generalized pain in abdomen. As your usg and blood pfl is also normal its dyspepsia.
Its is an intestinal infection marked by cramps, nausea, vomiting bloating and fever. However its not necessary that all symptoms are there in a single patient.
Basically dyspepsia results when the acid of the stomach comes in contact with the mucosa of the digestive tract. These acids cause a breakdown of the mucosa leading to inflammation and irritation, which leads to indigestion. It may also result from eating disorders or certain medications.

Take a proton pump inhibitor like Esomeprazole 40 mg twice daily along with a prokinetic drug (eg.Domperidone) for 3 days. This will provide you symptomatic relief from symptoms.Any over counter probiotic should be taken for few days to provide relief in symptoms of indigestion.

It seens you are from XXXXXXX so i can give you a prescription.

Rx Take them for three daya
Cap Rablet L once daily 7a.m
Tab Cibis thrice daily.
Tab Norflox Tz twice daily.
Cap Vizylac twice daily.

You would be fine in 2 days
General precautions-
Don't sleep immediately after eating, wait for at least two hours before you go to bed
Avoid spicy foods as they tend to aggravate symptoms of dyspepsia
Space out your meals, eat multiple smaller meals instead of few large ones
Restrict smoking and alcohol consumption.
Hope i was helpful.
