What Do My Lab Test Reports Indicate?

Question: Dear Doctor,
I am suffering from fever (100-101.6 deg C) and cough from last 3 days. I had gone through blood test reports of the same had been attached. Further I had undergone X Ray Chest whose report is also attached. It shows, "Bilateral hila appear prominent with few fibro-calcific foci within it" rst had been shown normal. Please suggest as I a bit tensed on it.

I am taking, Fluvir1 tab /day, Mox CV, citreziene 10mg, and ascoril C syrup. along with this I have one chewable tablet lidocam

thank you doctor. the replies to the question are.
I used to smoke but now completely avoided from last 4 years.
there is no history of TB
I never had breathlessness
