Brief Answer:
Unlikely to be thalassemia

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
I have seen the reports you have attached in your earlier query.
1. Definitely she has vitamin d deficiency which is the culprit for knee pain.
It is essential that you start her on vitamin d. I would suggest your daughter to take 60000 units of vitamin d ( available as sachets or syrup) weekly once for 8 weeks followed by monthly once for a year to help in recovery.
2. Ensure she is exposed to sunlight between 8 to 11 am daily atleast for 10 to 15 minutes.
3. Thalassemia is unlikely here.
Hemoglobin is slightly low but iron is good.
Add multivitamin like zincovit which I usually prescribe around 5 ml daily for a month.
Wishing your daughter speedy recovery.
Regards
Dr Arun
