Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM...
I saw photos you posted. I feel that most probably you may be having a skin disease called angiokeratoma of Fordyce. It is a harmless condition. There may be a single lesion or multiple lesions.Lesions are small, red and less scaly in younger patients whilst in older patients they tend to be larger, blue/black and with overlying scales.Usually the lesions are symptomless and may only be noticed when they bleed after scratching or intercourse due to trauma.
You consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis. As the black spots sometimes resemble melanoma, a skin biopsy may be performed to rule out malignancy.
As the lesions are symptomless and benign, they may be kept untreated.
If you have bleeding from the lesions or you feel embarrassed cosmetically, they can be removed.
There are different modes of treatment like...surgical excision, laser therapy, cryotherapy or electrocautery.
I hope this would be helpful to you.
Thanks.

Can I leave it as it is sir as there is no pain etc. Ive been given a cream which I will apply. But the doctor said it's just a spot and nothing more.
Melignancy questions have been asked but the doctor said it is just a follicle problem.
Can you suggest treatments for follicle problem o have been prescribed a cream called fucibet. The doctor says if it doesn't go away have some antibiotics.
But I did mention angiokeratoma and he said much can be done about these but I'm not worried about it as it is part of me.
Please give your feedback
Also the black patch which has formed round the follicle due to the wart cream when will this go?
The cream I have been prescribed is fusidic acid and betamethasone cream.

Hi,
Welcome back...
If you do not feel embarrassed, then no treatment is required. Let the lesions kept untreated. The lesions are harmless,so you may keep them untreated.
The black patch developed due to wart cream might clear within few weeks. Do not apply any cream.
Finally I feel that nothing is to be done, unless you develop any symptom.
I hope you got my answer..ok
Thanks.

It has definitely improved a little in appearance and the. Black skin has also peeled off just a bit of redness which I am putting a antibiotic cream on it
I have respected your consultation thank you sir. Also there is redness, and upon closer examination behind the testicle there are veins there but I guess these are normal anatomy? ThanksJust one new image sir showing a bit of redness is that because the skin was removed and any ointments to apply?

Hi,
Welcome back..
I can understand your concern for redness on scrotal area. But, it may be due to wart lotion you applied. It will go away in few weeks. You may continue to apply antibiotic cream. Fusidic acid cream may be used.
Now onward, you just avoid to treat the lesions..ok
Thanks..
