Brief Answer:
Ischaemic stroke, require investigation

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
The CT and Mri reports are suggestive of acute infarct involving left side of brain manifesting as weakness of right side of body.
At this age cause needs to evaluated in details as recurrence may be common. First suspicion should be cardiac problem causing such episode.
Other possibilities like vasculitis, hyperhomocysteinemia, drugs like cociane, amphetamine may cause such stroke.
Any history of alcohol, iv drug abuse?
The management is thrombolysis if presented in window period and suitable for procedure.
The weakness may take weeks to months to improve completely.
The speech may be involved if, right handed with dominance of left hemisphere.
You can upload any other treatment if started.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
continue treatment as advised by treating doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The doctors are planning to open the skull on one side as the pressure inside the brain is increasing. This procedure will give space for expansion and decrease the pressure.
You should continue, according to guidance of treating doctor.
The situation is serious at present and prognosis is guarded.
Wishing good health and early recovery.

Dr N Kumar
