Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

I carefully reviewed your reports, and would explain that it is not a ST depression.

From the other hand, you should know that this is not the most exact method to perform an ECG.

ECG results depend on different factors like:

- body position
- electrode position
- body movements, etc..

From the other hand, every ECG finding should be correlated to the clinical symptoms (like chest pain, shortness of breath, etc.) or other blood lab tests (cardiac enzymes, blood electrolytes, etc.) in order to have a clinical significance.

So, just relax and do not worry about it!

It is quite normal and does not indicate any serious cardiac disorder.

All your performed cardiac tests are another argument that show that your heart is quite normal.

Hope to have been helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
