I have attached the reports.

Brief Answer:
As below
Detailed Answer:
Thank you Mr. XXXXXXX for attaching all the reports.
I have a few more questions for you -
Was any scan or genetic testing done before this ultrasound scan ?
What is your wife's age ?
Is this her first pregnancy ?
Is there any other complication - diabetes, high blood pressure or any other illness ?
Any abnormal children earlier or in the immediate family ?
An enlarged urinary bladder in the baby is called megacystis.
That is the condition detected in your child.
In more than 10 % of cases, it maybe associated with other major abnormalities in the heart, brain, spine and lungs.
Even if there are no abnormalities, kidney obstruction may occur.
Serial ultrasound scans done ahead in future only will reveal if the bladder swelling resolves or it worsens.
So the decision is ultimately yours.
The immediate next step is to consult a Genetic and Fetal Medicine Specialist and to go for amniocentesis ( withdrawing fluid from the baby and sending it to best for abnormalities ) .
Based on the amniocentesis report, you can then take your decision.
Take care.
Feel free at any time to discuss further doubts with me.
Best wishes and regards.

We are planning to terminate the pregnancy
Brief Answer:
As below
Detailed Answer:
If you do not want to take any chances, yes, that is a good decision too.
But please ensure that the aborted fetus ( baby ) is sent for examination to know the reason for the abnormal formation.
That is important so that you can take steps to have a healthy child next time.
Do not plan a pregnancy for 3 more months after the termination , and before planning, take 5 mg per day Folvite ( for your wife ).
All the best, and my heartiest sympathies for you.
