Question: XRAY and MRI show a detached tendon with attached bone. Looking to see best and least intrusive path of resolve.

If the tendon has got detached from the bone then it needs to be surgically repaired. The tendon needs to be attached to the bone again according to the site where it has got detached. Surgical repair is the best treatment in such cases. The repaired tendon will then heal in 4-6 weeks. Do consult your orthopedician and plan accordingly.
