Brief Answer:
Follow prescribed diet.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your question.
Noted your concern.

HbA1c of 6.6 confirms diagnosis of Diabetes.
Your Fasting blood sugar level is within normal limits (less than 100).
Post-prandial blood sugar level in pre-diabetic range (140 to 200).

But by ADA (American Diabetes Association) Diabetes is defined on the basis of
1) HbA1c level (HbA1c of 6.5 or more).
2) OGTT (Oral Glucose Tolerance Test) result -
- Fasting more than 125.
- 2 hours post glucose load blood sugar level more than 199.
And Pre-diabetes is defined on the basis of -
1) HbA1c 5.7 to 6.4.
2) OGTT
- Fasting 100 to 125.
- 2 hours post glucose load blood sugar level of 140 to 199.
In clinical practice post-prandial blood sugar level is considered as post glucose load. But it is not standardized.

In such case I may suggest-
- Diabetic diet.
You can follow diet chart that you have uploaded.
- Regular exercise.
To repeat blood sugar levels Fasting & post-prandial after 1 month.
Accordingly further decisions can be taken.

All other test results are within acceptable limit.

Hope this helps you.

OK doctor sir,
So, i will follow my current diet and do exercise.
I have few more doubts given below. plese clear them.
1)I used to eat sweets n cakes daily(one or two perday) or bakery biscuits as morning snack. To avoid this I started eating nut n seed chikkis which contain less jaggery. The chikki include seeds like pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, amaranth pufs, jowar pufs, almonds mixed with little jaggery. I want to include watermelon seeds also. i attached such chikki pic.
Can I eat these seeds? Are they going to raise my cholesterol or blood sugar?
Can I eat dark chocolate(75% cacoa) in moderation like one small square per day.
(I want to include seeds n nuts n dark chocolate to avoid eating regular sugary sweets).

2) i was told to walk after meals(Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) for around 10 to 15 minutes to avoid sugar spikes. Is it true. If so, How much time I need to wait after meals (to start digestion) to start walking? Shall I wait for 20 minutes after meal or shall I start walking immediately after meal?

3)I started walking (on/off) recently. I walk in the morning for around 45 minutes at 120+BPM. I added a screen shot of my BPM graph by GARMIN HR watch. While walking at 120+BPM, I suddenly introduce spikes by little bit jogging and also by climbing stairs. U can observe that HR reaches to 145+ when I climb stairs(4floors) in 1minute. I learned that such exercise increases stamina. Is it correct?
4)which type of exercise will burn more blood sugar?

Brief Answer:
Sugar in any form should be avoided.

Detailed Answer:
1) Sugar in any form (sugar, jagree) should be avoided.
I may suggest one can take whatever the seeds you have mentioned but not in the form of chikki. As jagree increases blood sugar level.

Also i may suggest one can consume dark chocolate occasionally but not daily.

2) Walking or any physical exercise immediately after meal should be avoided.
There should be at least gap of 90 to 120 min after major meal.
I usually suggest 20 min brisk walk early in the morning and 20 min in evening after having small snacks (not whole meal).

3) One should follow exercise pattern which can be maintained almost life long. So simple brisk walk is usual recommendation.
It is normal response of body to increase heart rate and blood pressure during exercise.
Any type of exercise help in increasing the stamina.

4) Any physical activity burns calories.

Hope this helps you.

Thank you sir.
You are giving me accurate answers.i have few more doubts :
1.     I learned about intermittant fasting. In this techniques, I complete the dinner by 6pm and don’t eat anything after that and will be fasting upto next day breakfast at say 8.30 pm. In this way I can fast for 14hours daily. And the carbohydrates taken at 6PM dinner will be converted into glucose in few hours. And in the early morning when I do walking the glucagon hormone will be activated which will convert glycogen(stored) into glucose. And we loose fat bcoz of this? Shall I follow this technique. I did for few days last year. And felt somewhat weak in the early morning. So I decided to take vegitable soup at around 8.30 PM.
What do you suggest sir? 8.30PMdinner to 8.30AMBreakfst Window or 6PMdinner to 8.30PMBreakfast Window for Fasting at night time daily?
7.     As u said not to walk after major meal,I will not do it after lunch since its a major meal for me…..But please tell me, walking after 20minutes of dinner soup (1n1/2cups) is OK or not (since its not a major meal for me.this soup consists of onions, little potato n carrot pieces, cabbage, broccoli, zinger, garlic, spinach and kothimeer). I will have dinner at 8.30pm and wait upto 9pm and gor for a STROLL (not brisk walk) for 20 minutes at 110BPM+ and then go to sleep at 10PM.this is the routine I want to follow night time.
8.     I decided to stop eating chikkis since u told to avoid jaggery. But I found one more SEEDY trial mix that contain all seeds mixed with DATES. Can I take that one. Can I take that one.if u say so I will take otherwise I will take seeds alone.

Apple cider vinegar can be used.

Detailed Answer:
There are many proposed benefits of Apple cider vinegar on blood sugar levels, blood pressure, Cholesterol, weight.

But these beneficial effects not found statistically significant in clinical studies.
