What Do My Lab Test Reports Indicate?

Question: My father is 6 ft, 65 years, 75 kg wt, has healthy lifestyle, he daily goes for long walk, practices yoga around 45 min to 1 hr daily. As part of regular visit, he visited one doctor and the recommended for few blood parameters and ECG and TMT. My father's all blood parameters like SGOT, SGPT, Urea, SBT, XXXXXXX cholesterol, TGRL, HDL, LDL, Iron, SOD, CPK, CAL, TP, ALB, HB, lipid all are within range. His end criteria report of TMT is "Target HR attained, ECG changed, mild chest pain" in last stage of TMT.TMT protocol was "BRUCE". Other reports on TMt are "max heart rate 140, XXXXXXX BP 194, Min BP 82, D.P factor 2.4" Doctor has written "TMT positive for RMI". Doctor said there is some issue in ECHO test, Doctor is insisting for angiography. Should I go for Anfiograohy and Angioplasty for my Father
Brief Answer:
Looking at the results of reports yes
Detailed Answer:
Looking at the impression of reports you have shared it looks like there is need for angiogram. However if he is not having symptoms and if TMT is only mildly positive there can be option of going for medical management alone. But that decision can taken only after reviewing and interviewing patient carefully and seeing the report by myself. Request you to see along with patient and take opinion from one more cardiologist in person.
