Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your HDL is low. It should be better maintained above 50. How is your LDL level. If you upload your full lipid profile it will be better. Same like that full blood routine report and Liver enzymes if you upload it will be better.
Liver enzyme sgpt 59 is slightly elevated.
Do you consume alcohol?
Are you taking any drugs?
Is there any clinical symptoms?
For normalizing HDL you can take oily fish like mackeral and sardines.
Please update with above informations. I am happy to help you.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
It is better to keep LDL below 100.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.
Thank you for your follow up. I have gone through your reports.
It is better to keep your LDL below 100. For decreasing LDL and increasing HDL you can do the following.
You can consume healthy fats like one containing polyunsaturated fatty acids. These are found in olive oil, sunflower oil , nuts , avocado.
Taking omega 3 supplements also is good.
Decrease consumption of saturated fats. For this limit taking paneer, cheese , butter , ghee etc.
Avoid trans fat completely. This is present in packed chips and sweets. Avoid food which has margarine or dalda.
MCHC is not that low to give any significance. Relative Low iron in blood can be a reason. taking green leafy vegetables , pulses , lentils and citrus fruits help for this.
SGPT is also lightly elevated. You can better go for an ultrasound scan of liver to rule out non alcoholic fatty liver which is a common condition in asian population.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
