What Do Nausea, Bloating And Dizziness Indicate?

Question: im 46 and got all the symtoms of my period, but no period, and nipples are swollen and very sore, smells make me dry heave, extremely tired, no appetite, lite pink and sometimes lite brown discharge but very slight, nausea is worsening, bloated, dizzy, and so so tired, urinating all the time, could this be perimenopause? was never able to get pregnant so wasnt worried about that but ???

Please visit your OB - GYN and go for a pelvic ultrasound scan plus blood ( hormone ) tests - FSH, LH, Serum estradiol.
