Brief Answer:
I won't get worried if there is no respiratory difficulty and feeding well

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

The most common cause of noisy breathing in this age is nasal blockage. This nasal blockage can be due to drying up of secretion, due to allergy or some viral infection.
If there is no associated fever chances of viral infection is very unlikely.
I won't get overly worried if baby is active, playful, accepting feeds well and there is no increase in respiratory rate or chest retraction.

Coscoril contains ambroxol which causes thinning of secretion. Wikoryl contains paracetamol(antipyratic), phenylephrine (decongestant) and chlorpheniramine (antiallergic).
I would like to know whether the baby is running fever or not.
If there is no fever I wont suggest to continue Wikoryl as it contains antipyratic which is not needed. In the absence of fever better to use a preparation which does not contain paracetamol like Triaminic drop or Sudafed PE drop.

Continue giving Coscoril.I suggest you to use nasal saline drop like otrivin nasal saline drop or nasoclear nasal saline drop.Put one drop in each nostril at an interval of about one min to relieve the obstruction 4-6 times a day particularly before feed.It is a very safe preparation and helps a lot.

I hope this answer your query
I shall be glad to answer if you have any more query.

Brief Answer:
Respiratory difficulty can be assessed by chest indrawing

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the follow up

Respiratory difficulty in baby can be assessed by presence of rapid respiration associated with in drawing of the chest wall.
The symptoms like cough, sneezing with noisy breathing is suggestive of upper airway allergy. The symptoms will improve after taking the measures mentioned above.
If there is any respiratory distress or feeding difficulty consult your pediatrician for evaluation and management accordingly.
I hope this answers your query.
If you have any more doubts I shall be glad to solve it out.
