. Are you a mouth breather?
. do you eat & drink in haste?
. any anxiety issues (resulting in open mouth breathing)?
. habit of regularly chewing something (gum, tobacco)?
. any denture problem?
. excess use of antacids, beer, carbonated drinks (colas,soda)

Any associated risk factor like:
. Are you obese?
. Any addiction (smoking)?
. Thyroid & blood sugar profile?
. Any digestive tract problem (opinion of Gastroenterologist) to exclude hiatus hernia, H.pylori infection,gastroparesis, lactose intolerance, biliary stasis,bacteril overgrowth?

Dear
Thanks for reverting back and if problem is persisting, ask for
1.
. Stool examination ( for amoebiasis, giardiasis, tapeworms etc.)
. Hb% for anemia.
. Ultrasonography: gall bladder
. Sigmoidpscopy & Gastroscopy (take second opinion of other Gastroenterologist)
2.
Avoid: oily foods,aerated drinks,overeating, onion,peas,bean,dals.
Avoid swallowing of air (sipping tea, chewing gum,aerated drinks)
Eat slowly.Avoid haste. Chew properly and avoid overeating and close the mouth while belching.
3.
. Triyodashang gugullu: 2
Lavanbhaskar churan: 1gm
Lashunadi vati: 2.... with warm water (after meals) twice daily.
. Abhyarishta /Kaumaryassav: 20 ml after meals at bed time.
. Tablet Gasex: 2 thrice daily half and hour aftet meals.
. Tablet Stressan/brahmi vati/mentat: 2 at bed time.
PS.
i. Levipil (levetiracetam) can be given as monotherapy for partial seizures with or without secondary generaliston and dyspepsia is one of the side effect If drug
ii. Have gone through your reports and found notjing sifnificant.
iii. Consult a Gastroenterologist who will provide you with relevant investigations for the cause of burps.
