What Do Pink Spots On Penis Indicate?
Question: I recently noticed a small, painless, well-defined, pinkish/red, shiny spot on my penile shaft. There is no bump, no scab. It's been there for about a week. I don't have this kind of spot anywhere else on my body. I know for sure it is not an STD/STI as I haven't had sex in about 7 months. The pubic area has been a bit more itchy lately. I am 30 years old, it's more noticeable when my penis is flaccid.
Brief Answer:
May be due to irritation or fungal infection.

Hi
Thank you for query.I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
The photo is not very clear.Better if you send a clear and focussed photo .
As the chances of STDs are less and with given description and photo, it appears to be due to irritation or friction or may be fungal infection
Avoid contractubex cream.
You can continue with fucidin cream.
Hope there are no lesions elsewhere or lymph Node swelling or any other symptoms/ disease.
You can get back for any clarification.
Thank you

Thank you for your reply.
I'm sending a clearer photo. It's that white spot. There are no lesions elsewhere. node swelling on the right side of the groin comes and goes, but this has been happening due to an anal fistula.
Sometimes there's abdominal pain in the intestinal area after ejaculation.
If it's a fungal infection what should I do?
