What Do Red Bumps Around Elbows Indicate?

Question: I was about to go to bed, when I noticed this cluster of red bumps around my elbow. They don't hurt, but there's about five or six of them all around my right elbow. Some are appearing as red dots on my skin, but some others can't be seen, but I can feel them. They suddenly appeared I believe, and the only thing that I think might of set them off was that I started the dishwasher with one of those dishwashing tabs inside. Could it be an allergic reaction?

Allergic reaction due to insect bite

Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Thanks for the pictures .
The lesions look like a insect bite reaction to me .
Apply a topical steroid cream like cortisone cream over the lesions twice daily.
Take some oral antihistamines like Benadryl or levocetrizine along to relieve the allergy .

The lesions should heal in three to five days with treatment .
