Let me know what number / site you are asking for ?
No intercourse, it started on its own, one month back.
History --> I had got this once in 2011, I used cadid -B and was fine.
No drugs in take, I am diabetic, and its under control..
Do not see an option to attach a pic .. just see the submit button.

Brief Answer:
Antifungal treatment needed.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for follow up query.
As no intercourse history and you are diabetic it is likely to be Fungal infection(Candidal probably).
You need to keep your genital hygiene.
Clean the area with warm saline twice daily.
You can try with Candid lotions(prefer over creams) than combination .If severe itching or irritation you can use candid-b lotions.
Diabetes if uncontrolled can exacerbate lesions so always have good control.
You can get back if you need clarification else you can close the discussion.
Thank you
