What Do Small Bumps Around A Healing Wound Indicate?

Question: I fell about a week ago and scraped my hand badly. The scars are healing but I'm starting to notice these small bumps around the wounds. I "punctured" one of these bumps and it seemed to have a small amount of clear fluid in it. What is this? Is it something I should seek medical for?
Brief Answer:
Visit family doctor
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have read your query.
Don't puncture it, may become infected.
Now its serus fluid, which is mostly noninfective, but if not treated properly it may become infective.
All you need is apply neosporin ointment as you are doing.
Have antibiotics by discussing it with your family doctor, as he will examination your wound also.
If pain is present then get xray of involved part otherwise no need.
I hope you got the point.
Thanks,
