What Do Small Bumps With White Heads On Body Indicate?

Question: I have small bumps with white heads all over my body, mainly my thighs and also there a lot of blackheads. I have also recently popped my kneecap and sprayed chemical pain relief like a cm away from the injured region and there was a reaction which caused dead skin and lumps with white heads. I always pop them and white liquid comes out. I'm am also hairy. Most of the red bumps come from the hair openings!
Also There is white flaky kind of material over my penis what would be the cause of it. Whenever I have sex I always use protection and I am super cautious. Please help

The lesions on skin as well as pens are due to bacterial infection.
Apply a broad spectrum antibiotic cream like mupirocine.
This will give you relief in a week.
white heads and black heads mainly happen due to improper keratinization.
Take vitamin A and vitamin E capsules for a month. This will help you.
