Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photograph and it seems to be either insect bite hypersensitivity reaction or folliculitis which is inflammation of the hair follicles.
What is the duration of these bumps?
Are they associated with itching or burning?

Hi! Thank you! I have no associated itching or burning and I honestly don't even notice there are there unless I touch them. I think I have had them for about a month.
Brief Answer:
Most likely folliculitis, apply topical antibiotic
Detailed Answer:
Then it is most likely folliculitis.
I would recommend you to apply topical antibiotic like neosporin ointment on the affected areas twice daily for 7-10 days.
