Brief Answer:
Probably an upper respiratory tract infection caused by a virus!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about these symptoms that you have reported. I have reviewed them fully and this is suggestive of a possible acute viral respiratory tract infection. The treatment of this condition is more about controlling the symptoms as the body would be able to get this infection controlled without the use of antibiotics.

For this, I will recommend rest, healthy diet, regular exercise, fruits and vegetables. Also, drink much water. For fever, pain and difficulties swallowing, I will recommend that you go ahead and take tylenol 3-4times daily at doses recommended by your pharmacists.

I would expect significant improvement within 2days and complete resolution by day the 7th day. Unless something else comes up, this would be enough to address your illness fully. If any new symptoms come up, please inform and we shall review the treatment together and make the necessary adjustments.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
