Brief Answer:
No need to worry.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Greetings from Dr.Divakara. P
Thanks for posting your query.

Well if there is no chest pain for him then no need to worry about the ECG or Echo findings.

But his Blood pressure is slightly high. I would recommend him to get his blood pressure checked on 2 separate occasion and if it's 160 or more then he needs to be started on Anti hypertensive medications.

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarification feel free to ask.

Regards.

Thank you so much Dr. Divakara for your prompt reply.

His blood pressure sometimes remains 150 or lower.

Just in case, local doctor said that he has complete bundle branch block on right side and left ventricle is damaged slightly!

Could you please tell me is there tendencies to get more damage in future? Are these factors could affect in long run or affect his life span?

Appreciate your response.

Brief Answer:
Will not cause any problem in future.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for the information.

Well most of the time right sided bundle branch block will not cause any problem in future ( left sided bundle branch block could have caused ). Neither any further damage could be excepted with respect to bundle branch block.

However just for complete evaluation I would recommend Treadmill test for him to check for his heart status.

Regards.

Thanks Dr. Divakara. Your words reduce my worries greatly.

One last question, out of curiosity - what about the other factor...
Mild aortic regurgitation(degenerative)

Please give me some insight on this.

Thanks a lot for your assistance,

Brief Answer:
Its an age related change.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Aortic regurgitation means some amount of blood pumped by the heart goes backward to the heart itself instead of being pumped into the aorta ( the major blood vessel ).

Degenerative means this regurgitation is happening due to age related changes and since it is mild there is no need to worry.
