I would explain as follows:

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome back on HCM!

I carefully reviewed your uploaded ECG and cardiac ultrasound and would explain as follows:

- your cardiac ultrasound is normal, which means that you have a normal cardiac function and structure
- your resting ECG is quite the same as the other uploaded ECG, showing only a right axe deviation, which is typical of lung disease. There is no sign of cardiac ischemia in your uploaded ECG.

Nevertheless, considering your age and the intermittent chest pain, I would agree with your doctor on performing a TMT to investigate for coronary artery disease.

In case of abnormal exercise stress test (TMT), a coronary angio CT scan or a stress echocardiogram would be needed.

I would also advise performing pulmonary function tests to evaluate the function of your lungs, considering these ECG changes and the fact that you suffer from asthma (which may cause progressive changes in the lungs).

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

I remain at your disposal whenever you need!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
