What Do The Following ECG Reports Indicate?

Initially rule out cause of ventricular premature beats.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Have seen the attachments.
They are Premature ventricular contractions.
Premature ventricular contractions (PVCs) are extra, abnormal heartbeats that begin in one of your heart's two lower pumping chambers (ventricles). These extra beats disrupt your regular heart rhythm, sometimes causing you to feel a flip-flop or skipped beat in your chest.
Most common cause is decreased blood supply to heart.
Intial step is to rule out possible coronary artery involvement.
I would suggest you to go for stress thallium test.A thallium stress test is a nuclear imaging test that shows how well blood flows into your heart while you're exercising or at rest. This test is also called a cardiac or nuclear stress test. It's a non invasive test and is more then 99% sensitive to rule out a possible coronary artery involvement.
Test should be done at the earliest as PVC can even lead to fatal arrythmia's like ventricular fibrillation.
Follow up woth reports of stress thallium.
Thank you!
