What Do The Following Blood Test Reports Indicate?

Question: Hi I recently got my regular blood test done from one of lab and and found that i have some of abnormal readings. However i could not make much out of it. Here are the readings for your reference (I am attaching complete report in pdf for your reference)
ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE - SERUM 151 U/L
ALT(SGPT) - SERUM 64 U/L
On a simple google search it indicated these readings are for liver. Can you please guide me what these readings are indicating and also are these pointing to something serious

Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
These tests are part of liver function test.
Why did you get these tests done?
Both ALT and ALP are only mildly raised?
Was ultrasound scan of the abdomen done?
What other tests were done in this regard apart from what you have uploaded?
Regards,
Dr.R.K.

These tests were part of annual health check up provided by my company. Ultrasound for abdomen was done and verbally doctor said everything is ok but formal result report is still awaited.
I am not sure what other test related to liver were done. this is blood test report other than ultrasound, xray of chest, ecg, tmt and pft were done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the additional information.
The ALT and ALP are not significantly raised.
You have no symptoms.
The ultrasound scan is also normal.
I would advise you to repeat the liver function after 4 weeks. If it shows persistent raise further evaluation may be planned.
