Brief Answer:
How is the baby?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have reviewed this information fully. The thyronorm your wife took must have suppressed the child's thyroid from functioning well and explains why these numbers are low. These numbers would eventually rise to normal but not three days after delivery as there is a time lapse before all returns to normal.

My advice: monitor this closely and repeat the test in 2weeks. If the numbers are bot improving significantly, then the child might ned treatment as well.

I wish you well.
