Brief Answer:
Pre-diabetes.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your question.
Noted your concern.

Considering your Fasting, Post-prandial and HbA1c report you are in category of pre-diabetes which is a part of insulin resistance.
Raised uric acid is also a part of insulin resistance syndrome.

In such situation weight reduction is essential for which I may suggest
Diet:
Continue strict calories and fat restricted diet
Better to consult near by dietitian who can plan diet for you considering your BMI (Body Mass Index) and food habits.

Regular exercise
Moderate to heavy exercise (depending upon your exercise tolerance) under guidance of your doctor is recommended.

Your lipid profile is really good {low level of bad cholesterol (LDL) and high level of good cholesterol (HDL)} at present there is a no need for any medications.

I may suggest to do ultrasonography of abdomen and pelvis to rule out fatty liver.

Hope this helps you.

Thanks, Dr Abhay.Nothing serious in my health right. I will plan for ultrasonography soon. I am really worried about my URIC Acid Level . Any big serious issue of high ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE and SERUM GLOBULIN.
How to reduce these thing. If i have fatty liver is serious issue.

Sure i will go for the ultrasonography.

Thanks,

Brief Answer:
Insulin resistance.

Detailed Answer:
Significant weight reduction and restriction of protein intake may help in reducing uric acid level.
If it is persistently high then use of medicines like allopurinol or febuxastat may be suggested.
Elevated liver enzymes and fatty liver may be due to obesity and insulin resistance.
Weight reduction is the most effective part of treatment of insulin resistance.

Hope this helps you.
