Brief Answer:
please get evaluated as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question, reviewed the attached reports and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be seizure episodes or postural hypotension induced Seizures.
The drugs are also for seizure, COPD and sleep disturbances.

If there is increased sedation or sleepiness, Amitriptyline can be decreased.
Levetiracetam can be increased if required.

EEG should be done to look into it further.
You may continue the rest medications.

Also check for postural hypotension(sudden drop in blood pressure during a change of postures), measured by a physician or neurologist.

The MRI report is suggestive of age-related changes.

Hope you found the answer helpful.
