I've gone through all the reports and I would like to inform you that only his lipid profile and HBA1C is slightly deranged which can very well be taken care with the help of healthy lifestyle habits which include
1. Daily brisk morning walk for 45 mins a day for 5 days a week
2. Low dietary salt intake
3. Include good amount of fresh fruits and vegetables in daily diet
4. Yoga and meditation will be of great help.
5. Avoid junk and deep fried food. potatoes and rice intake should be reduced.
