Brief Answer:
You need medication along with lifestyle modification

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for query and sharing the report.
Your lipid profile is deranged.
Total cholesterol should be less than 200mg/dl, similarly non HDL cholesterol should be under 150mg/dl, yours is more than 260mg/dl
The most sensitive parameter is Total cholesterol/HDL is 4.64 which is borderline.
In my opinion you should start statin type medication along with good regular exercise. You should walk at least for one hour a day. Keep slim and aim idel weight. You can start with very low dose and work closely with dietitian as well how to improve the diet practices which you are already taking.
Please meet a doctor locally and ask for medication.

Let me know if you have other concerns.
